14 Ways to Create A Realtor Magnet
1. Send out regularly scheduled messages. I have found that once a week or every 4 days is enough to stay top of mind without being so much that they get sick of seeing your name in their inbox.
2. Personalize messages by adding their name to the top of the letter. You may also choose to include it in the title, but that is not necessary.
3. Make sure that it is clear whom the message is coming from. Use either your personal name or the company name, whichever has more name recognition.

Provide information that is pertinent to the group of Realtors you are speaking to.
5. Dispense tips with complete instruction so that the real estate agent may implement them and reap the benefits without additional help from you.
(This is not to say that you give away everything that you do for free. The key is that you give tips regarding to smaller projects, but make them complete so that they have real value to the Realtor. They will appreciate that you are not just sending partial information as a hook to get them to purchase something. You want them to become clients out of trust and a desire to grow their business not out of a need to get the missing link to something that you told them you would give them for free.)
6. Create a mix of valuable content and notices of offers. A good ratio is 3:1 or 4:1 for every three or four messages with valuable content void of any mention of products or offers you can mix in a message directly related to a special offer or product that would be appropriate for them.
7. If your Realtor prospects are on your Ezine list for an amount of time that indicates they are probably not interested in purchasing your services you may occasionally send them an APPROPRIATE affiliate promotion.
8. Write your Ezines in a fun, informal, easy to read format.
9. Put your personality in your writing. Don?t make it ?all about you?, but don?t be afraid to let your personal opinions experiences show through either. In the end they will choose to buy partially because of how they feel about you, so go ahead and let them know what you are made of so they can come to their decision.
10. Engage your real estate agents, ask them questions. Find out what is important to them. Learn about their fears, challenges, experiences, triumphs, goals and dreams.
11. Use what you learn as topics of discussion for your Ezine and products for your Realtor mentoring program.
12. Ask your readers to share the Ezine with other real estate agents
13. Create a contest. Ask puzzling questions and offer a prize to the winner.
