A first home!
I think as agents we grow to love and care about our clients. ?We spend a lot of time getting to know them, talking and sharing stories while driving to see homes. ? My clients Josh & Michelle are no different. ?They are a young family, expecting their second child (AT ANY MOMENT!) and were excited about the possibility of owning their first home. ?It didn?t take long to find it?a sweet home in Woodstock on any oversized lot with garden space and a chicken coop! ?They got their keys Friday evening and walked through the garden with the previous owner. ?It was wonderful to watch the transition of ownership between the 2 families.
I adore this family and wish them many years of happiness in their new home and best wishes on the arrival of their baby girl.
